Services and scope

Services will be provided according to the selected package, approved scope, and any additional work agreed to in writing.

Review and approval

Website projects will include a defined review process. A website will not be considered live solely because an order has been paid; launch requires explicit approval and administrative confirmation.

Billing and cancellation

Final payment, recurring billing, cancellation, refund, and suspension terms will be stated clearly before any live checkout is enabled.
